your work reminds me somewhat of an illustrated 'wacko-fairytale' childrens book called Coraline. This is really well done.

Hauntingly beautiful and expressively and visually powerful. The individual,that shining promising seedling that sprouts forth unoticed amongst the grande olde trees of established society, growing silently over the years nurtured in the soil of many that had come and gone before till finally tall enough to break through the once so tall and long cast shadows.When noticed first it is welcomed and encouraged until a difference is noticed, a new view with dangerous ideas, that which does not fit within the normal and accepted social views and standards of the surrounding forest.Some the strongest, the driven, those of a rare inner strength, continue to grow and break through the social canopy and bring about change and acceptance..but those are few and far between.Most try to reach the lofty heights, but most fail or are held back by the vines of ignorance, arrogance, the comfortable and accepted, entrenched dated views and traditions, hypocrisy and morality, bigotry and fear. Laughed at and cajoled, humiliated and rejected, both forcefully and subtlely, dreams imagination voice and feelings smothered and bound by "the accepted","the righteous", the narrowminded fears of those afraid to change and grow..those not bright enough to look to the future only the here and now..and those that are that fear they might lose their power or be left behind.They hold them back, wear them down , make them doubt they can reach their dreams, stunt their growth so they will never break through the canopy, their potential never realised..cut down and demonised told they are wrong and immoral and the light beyond the canopy would never be theirs..unless they embrace the accepted and righteous ways that had served protected and kept safe the society for centuries before and will for centuries to come.Another test?...another masterpiece :worship:
